Dose Escalation and Dose Expansion Study of Tirabrutinib in Combination With Other Targeted Anti-cancer Therapies in Adults With B-cell Malignancies

The goal of the study was to improve tolerability while maintaining or increasing efficacy. The results of this study showed no efficacy advantage although the combinations were well tolerated.
